The apartment is located at 100 Orchard, between Broome and Delancey, opposite the famed Tenement Museum, AKA 57 and 5th of the historic Lower East Side. It is one for the romantics and artisans with its stylized rooms providing a unique and whimsical New York City stay. This unit allows 4 overnight guests. However, in compliance with city regulations, there cannot be more than 4 people inside the unit at any given time. Over occupancy may result in eviction. The property has a strict no-party policy. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit. Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit, and there will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your apartment during your reservation period. Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.
