Feel at home in this Upper East Side apartment on 81st Street between 1st and 2nd Avenue in a walk-up building. It's conveniently located next to the new Q subway line on 2nd Avenue and a few minutes from the 4, 5, and 6 subway stations. This fully furnished apartment includes a queen-size bed, sofa bed, TV, dining table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals, but the stove is not functioning due to a gas company outage. Utilities, including Wi-Fi, cable TV, and electricity, are not included and cost $330 per month (or $360 per month between June 1st and October 1st). AC will be installed around Memorial Weekend (window unit). All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee that varies between $200 and $300. Located in the Upper East Side on Manhattan, on 81st Street between 1st and 2nd Avenue, this apartment is right next to the new subway line on 2nd Avenue and a few minutes from the number 4, 5, and 6 subway stations (77th or 86th and Lex), M79 cross town bus, Central Park, Metropolitan Museum, cinemas, 2nd Avenue coffee shops and any other store you can think of. All check-ins must be coordinated at least 48 hours in advance. For last-minute bookings, advance notice of a few hours is needed. There is a $50 late check-in fee after 9 pm and $100 after midnight. Getting access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, but you can receive packages without any issue. For the safety and security of all guests, a valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in, along with a VOE letter and a copy of a current paycheck or confirmation of school enrollment. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved.
