Smoking inside or outside of the apartment will result in a fine of $500. Pets are not allowed. The apartment must be used for vacation purposes only, with no commercial use. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Check-out time is at 11:00 AM, and guests are responsible for leaving the apartment in good condition. All dishes should be placed in the kitchen sink, and all trash in the trashcans. Excessive cleaning charges may apply at the owner's discretion. Mail cannot be received at this address, so please consider opening a PO Box. A laptop computer is not included. Kindly note that a $350 refundable security deposit is required and will be collected directly by the partner after your booking is confirmed. The security deposit will be handled through direct communication with the partner and is not processed automatically.
