All beds come with premium mattresses and pillows, and the bathrooms are equipped with modern tiled baths, vanity, mirror, storage shelving, plush towels, and starter toiletries. In-unit washer and dryer, air conditioning, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, dedicated work desk, and starter cleaning supplies are included. Additional cleaning can be arranged for $150. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs will be charged $50 per hour starting from 11:15 AM. This is a strict no-smoking home, and smoking will result in a $500 fine. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with potential fines from the city exceeding $1,000 per complaint. Parties are not permitted, and violating this rule will lead to immediate eviction by private security and the full cost of the booking will be forfeited.
