Luggage storage is not available, so consider using a service like to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out. All guests must respect quiet hours ranging from 10 pm to 7 am. The apartment must be used for vacation purposes only, no commercial use. If the electric bill exceeds the average monthly bill of $100, the guest will be billed for overage. You cannot receive mail at this address, please consider opening a PO Box. Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. All dishes should be placed in the kitchen sink and all trash in the trashcans. Guests will be responsible for excessive cleaning charges at the owner's discretion. Kindly note that a $350 refundable security deposit is required and will be collected directly by the partner after your booking is confirmed. The security deposit will be handled through direct communication with the partner and is not processed automatically.
