Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month, with a seasonal rate of $360 per month between June 1st and October 1st. Additional cleaning services can be arranged for an extra fee. Pets are welcome with prior approval and a fee ranging from $200 to $300. You'll be right next to the new subway line on 2nd Avenue and just a short walk from the 4, 5, and 6 subway stations, the M79 cross-town bus, Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum, cinemas, coffee shops, and a variety of stores. A minimum stay of 30 days is required, with some cases requiring 90 days between June 1st and September 1st. Check-in requires coordination at least 72 hours in advance, with a late check-in fee of $50 after 10 PM and $100 after midnight. Check-out is by 11 AM, and guests are asked to empty the refrigerator and dispose of all trash. Furniture and decor may vary from the online photos as updates are periodically made. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for security purposes. No smoking, no parties, and pets must be approved in advance. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved. As part of our standard guest verification process, the partner will request that you complete a short application and authorize a background check a few weeks prior to arrival.
