This spacious apartment offers comfort and convenience, featuring two separate bedrooms, a cozy living room with a dining area and a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, stove and/or toaster oven, and an electric plate. A flat LCD TV hangs on the wall, offering a variety of channels through the Roku streaming TV. Clean linens and towels are provided. All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee ranging from $200 to $300. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month (between June 1st - October 1st, utilities are $360 per month). A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight. Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before you check out, please empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash. For the safety and security of all our guests, each guest is required to present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved. As part of our standard guest verification process, the partner will request that you complete a short application and authorize a background check a few weeks prior to arrival.
