In the inviting living room, you'll find a comfortable sofa that can be converted into an additional bed if needed. Gather around the dining table and chairs in the living room's dining area, allowing you to enjoy meals together comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the living room and includes appliances such as a toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, stove, and toaster oven. Clean linens and towels will be provided for your comfort. Both bedrooms are tastefully furnished, with the master bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed and the second bedroom offering a full-sized bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a closet, heating/air conditioning unit, and windows that allow natural light to fill the space. For your entertainment, a flat LCD TV offers a variety of channels through Roku streaming TV. Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month, with a rate of $360 per month from June 1st to October 1st. A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 for arrivals after midnight. All pets must be approved in advance, with a pet fee ranging from $200 to $300.
