Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month, with a seasonal increase to $360 per month between June 1st and October 1st. A pet fee ranging from $250 to $350 applies for approved pets. Additional cleaning services can be arranged for an extra fee. Check-out is by 11 AM, and guests are requested to empty the refrigerator and dispose of all trash before departure. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for security purposes. The apartment is no-smoking and no-parties are allowed, with penalties applicable for violations. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved. As part of our standard guest verification process, the partner will request that you complete a short application and authorize a background check a few weeks prior to arrival.
