This amazing studio apartment with 1 bathroom and a private garden is located in the heart of the Upper East Side on East 81st Street between 1st and 2nd Avenue, just a few steps from the Q line subway station. The apartment is fully furnished with a queen-size bed, a computer desk, a couch that turns into a bed, a flat-screen LCD TV, and high-speed internet (Wi-Fi). The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, stove, dishes, and more. You'll find plenty of storage space and everything you might need to settle in and live comfortably. Utilities such as electricity, gas, and internet are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 a month, with a rate of $350 per month between June 1st and October 1st. There is a pet fee that varies between $250 and $350. A late check-in fee of $50 applies after 10 pm and $100 after midnight. Situated in the vibrant Upper East Side, this apartment offers convenient access to public transportation and is surrounded by a variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. For last-minute bookings, a few hours' notice is required. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for safety and security. Access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, but you can receive packages without any issue. An AC unit will be installed around Memorial Weekend. In some cases, between June 1st and September 1st, the minimum stay will be 90 days. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved. As part of our standard guest verification process, the partner will request that you complete a short application and authorize a background check a few weeks prior to arrival.
