A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight. Furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online. No parties, loud music, or smoking are permitted. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance.
