There is a common area between the bedroom and office, which includes the kitchen and dining area. All pets must be approved in advance, with a pet fee ranging from $250 to $350. Utilities are excluded and cost $330 per month, covering electric, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming TV box with Netflix. From June 1st to October 1st, utilities are $350 per month. Additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee. A late check-in fee of $50 applies for arrivals after 10 PM, and $100 for arrivals after midnight. Access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, but package delivery is available. The furniture and decoration may vary from the online photos as updates and refreshes occur periodically. Check-out time is by 11 AM, and guests are requested to empty the refrigerator and dispose of all trash before departure. For some cases between June 1st and September 1st, a minimum stay of 90 days may be required. Coordinate your arrival time at least 72 hours prior to check-in, and for last-minute bookings, provide advance notice of a few hours. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved.
