All pets must be approved in advance, with a pet fee varying between $200 and $300. Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming TV are excluded and cost $300 per month, increasing to $350 between June 1st and October 1st. Additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee. A minimum stay of 90 days may be required between June 1st and September 1st. Coordinate your arrival time at least 72 hours in advance for a smooth check-in. A late check-in fee of $50 applies for arrivals after 10 PM, and $100 for arrivals after midnight. Access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, but package delivery is available. Furniture and decor may vary from online photos as updates occur periodically. Check-out is by 11 AM, and guests are asked to empty the refrigerator and dispose of trash before leaving. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for security purposes. No parties, no smoking, and no loud music are allowed, with penalties for violations.
