The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, stovetop, oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all necessary utensils and cutlery. Bed linens, towels, an iron, and a hairdryer are also provided for your convenience. Street parking is available for free, but be mindful of alternate side parking rules to avoid tickets. Nestled in the vibrant neighborhood of El Barrio, this apartment offers a daily mix of cultural, historical, and artistic experiences. Just a couple of blocks away from the 6 and Q trains and Central Park, the location provides superb subway accessibility. Nearby attractions include the Museum of the City of New York, Guggenheim, Metropolitan Museum, and various parks and gardens. Smoking inside or outside the apartment will result in a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed, and a fine of $500 will be charged if this rule is violated. The apartment is not child-proof. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Check-out time is 11:00 AM, and excessive cleaning charges may apply if the apartment is not left in good condition. Utilities, including Wi-Fi, cable/satellite, heat, hot water, and gas/electricity, are included. The apartment is available for a minimum of 30-night rentals only. Luggage storage is not available on-site, but you can use external services like for storage before check-in or after check-out. Kindly note that a $350 refundable security deposit is required and will be collected directly by the partner after your booking is confirmed. The security deposit will be handled through direct communication with the partner and is not processed automatically.
