Experience a charming apartment in the heart of the Upper East Side on East 94th Street between 1st and 2nd Avenue (walk-up building). Feel at home in this apartment that is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. This unit is just steps from the Q subway station, Central Park, and the Guggenheim Museum. This spacious apartment offers comfort and convenience with two separate bedrooms, a cozy living room with a dining area and a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the living room and includes appliances such as a toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, stove and/or toaster oven and an electric plate. A flat LCD TV hangs on the wall, offering a variety of channels to enjoy through the Roku streaming TV. Clean linens and towels will be provided for your comfort. All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee ranging from $325 to $475. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Check-in after 10 pm is subject to prior approval, and there will be a $50 late check-in fee after 10 pm and $100 after 12 am (if check-in is approved after 10 pm). If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance.
