This delightful unit features two separate bedrooms, a cozy living room with a dining area and a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. In the inviting living room, you'll find a comfortable sofa that can be converted into an additional bed if needed. Gather around the dining table and chairs in the living room's dining area, allowing you to enjoy meals together comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the living room and includes appliances such as a toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, stove and/or toaster oven, and an electric plate. Clean linens and towels will be provided for your comfort. Both bedrooms are tastefully furnished, each with a comfortable double-sized bed. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a full-sized bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a closet, heating/air conditioning unit to ensure your comfort, and windows that allow natural light to fill the space. For your entertainment, a flat LCD TV hangs on the wall, offering a variety of channels to enjoy through the Roku streaming TV. Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month from October 2nd to May 31st and $360 per month from June 1st to October 1st. All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee ranging from $200 to $300. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Located in the heart of the Upper East Side on E 94th Street between 1st and 2nd Avenue, the neighborhood is home to some of the most famous designer stores, well-known restaurants, cinemas, supermarkets, comedy clubs, and coffee shops. Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum, and the Guggenheim Museum are nearby. It is a very convenient neighborhood with everything you may need just a couple of minutes from the apartment, including drug stores, nail salons, US Post Office/FedEx and UPS locations, banks, money exchange, and barbers. The new Q Second Avenue/Broadway Express subway station is just a few steps away from the apartment. Additionally, the 4, 5, 6 Green Line 86 Street Subway Station and M15 cross-town bus are within walking distance, making it very convenient to travel up and down the city with ease. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for the safety and security of all guests. A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight. Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before you check out, please empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash. No parties, loud music, and no smoking are allowed. While access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, you can receive packages without any issue. The furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online as they are periodically updated and refreshed. For some cases between June 1st and September 1st, a minimum stay of 90 days may be required. To ensure a smooth check-in process, coordinate your arrival time in advance, at least 72 hours prior to check-in. For last-minute bookings, provide advance notice of a few hours.
