This spacious apartment offers comfort and convenience with two separate bedrooms, a cozy living room with a dining area and a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen includes appliances such as a toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, stove and/or toaster oven, and an electric plate. Clean linens and towels are provided. Each bedroom is equipped with a closet, a heating/air conditioning unit, and windows that allow natural light to fill the space (heating/air conditioning unit availability may vary according to the season). For your entertainment, a flat LCD TV hangs on the wall, offering a variety of channels to enjoy through the Roku streaming TV. All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee ranging from $300 to $450. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, it can be arranged for an additional fee. A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight.
