Located in a walk-up building in the Upper East Side on 81st Street between 1st and 2nd Avenue, this apartment is next to the new Q line subway on 2nd Avenue and a few minutes' walk from the 4, 5, and 6 subway station. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals. Utilities, including Wi-Fi, gas, electricity, and streaming Roku TV, are not included in the monthly rent and cost $330 per month (between June 1st and October 1st, utilities are $360 per month). AC will be installed around Memorial Weekend (window unit). Additional cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee. All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee ranging from $200 to $300. Located in the Upper East Side of Manhattan, this apartment is a few minutes' walk from the new subway line on 2nd Avenue and from the 4, 5, and 6 subway station, the M79 cross-town bus, Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum, cinemas, 2nd Avenue coffee shops, and many other stores. A laundry store is right next to the building, as well as a grocery store and deli. Starbucks Coffee is just around the corner, along with many restaurants and supermarkets. A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight. Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before you check out, please empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash. For some cases between June 1st and September 1st, a minimum stay of 90 days may be required. To ensure a smooth check-in process, please coordinate your arrival time in advance, at least 72 hours prior to check-in. For last-minute bookings, please provide advance notice of a few hours. All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee ranging from $200 to $300. Access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, but you can receive packages without any issue. The furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online. We periodically update and refresh the furniture and decor, so there might be a small discrepancy between the online photos and the actual look of the apartment. No load music and no parties are allowed. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance.
