Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month, with a rate of $360 per month between June 1st and October 1st. A pet fee ranging from $200 to $300 applies for approved pets. Additional cleaning services are available for an extra fee. Note that the furniture and decor may vary from the online photos, as updates are made periodically. No smoking, loud music, or parties are allowed, and pets must be approved in advance. While mailbox access is not guaranteed, package delivery is available. An AC window unit will be installed around Memorial Weekend. Healthcare employees are welcome, and the apartment offers a minimum stay of 30 days, with some cases requiring a 90-day minimum stay between June 1st and September 1st.
