Utilities, including electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV, are not included in the monthly rent and cost $330 per month, with a summer rate of $360 per month from June 1st to October 1st. Additional cleaning services can be arranged for an extra fee. Pets are welcome with prior approval and a fee ranging from $200 to $300. Check-in requires coordination at least 72 hours in advance, with a late check-in fee of $50 for arrivals after 10 PM and $100 after midnight. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. Check-out is by 11 AM, and guests are asked to empty the refrigerator and dispose of all trash. Furniture and decor may vary from online photos, but the apartment will be well-appointed and comfortable. No smoking, no parties, and no pets are allowed, with penalties for violations. Access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, but package delivery is available. A minimum stay of 30 days is required, with some cases requiring 90 days between June 1st and September 1st. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved. As part of our standard guest verification process, the partner will request that you complete a short application and authorize a background check a few weeks prior to arrival.
