Feel at home in this fully furnished apartment located in the Upper East Side on 81st Street between 1st and 2nd Avenue in a walk-up building. It's conveniently located next to the new Q line subway on 2nd Avenue (86th Street) and a few minutes' walk from the 4, 5, 6 subway station (77th or 86th). This apartment is fully furnished with a queen-size bed, sofa bed, TV, dining table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals. Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month (between June 1st and October 1st, utilities are $360 per month). AC will be installed around Memorial Weekend (window unit). Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged for an additional fee. All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee ranging from $200 to $300. Located in the Upper East Side on Manhattan, on 81st Street between 1st and 2nd Avenue, this apartment is a few minutes' walk from the new subway line on 2nd Avenue (86th) and from the 4, 5, 6 subway station (77th or 86th and Lex), the M79 cross-town bus, Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum, cinemas, 2nd Avenue coffee shops and any other store you can think of. There is also a laundry store right next to the building, as well as a grocery store/deli. Starbucks Coffee is just around the corner. Many restaurants and supermarkets are nearby, as well as whatever you need on a daily basis. For some cases between June 1st and September 1st, a minimum stay of 90 days may be required. To ensure a smooth check-in process, please coordinate your arrival time in advance, at least 72 hours prior to check-in. For last-minute bookings, please provide advance notice of a few hours. A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight. Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before you check out, please empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash. Furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online. Each guest must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. VOE letter and copy of current paycheck/confirmation of school enrollment are also required. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved. As part of our standard guest verification process, the partner will request that you complete a short application and authorize a background check a few weeks prior to arrival.
