Feel at home in this Upper East Side apartment on 81st Street between 1st and 2nd Avenue in a walk-up building. This fully furnished apartment includes a queen-size bed, sofa bed, TV, dining table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals. Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month (between June 1st and October 1st, utilities are $360 per month). AC will be installed around Memorial Weekend (window unit). All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee ranging from $200 to $300. Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged for an additional fee. Located in the Upper East Side on Manhattan, on 81st Street between 1st and 2nd Avenue, this apartment is a few minutes' walk from the new subway line on 2nd Avenue (86th Street) and from the 4, 5, 6 subway station (77th or 86th and Lexington Avenue), the M79 cross-town bus, Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum, cinemas, 2nd Avenue coffee shops and any other store you can think of. There is also a laundry store right next to the building, as well as a grocery store/deli. Starbucks Coffee is just around the corner. Many restaurants, supermarkets and whatever you need on a daily basis are nearby. For some cases between June 1st and September 1st, a minimum stay of 90 days may be required. To ensure a smooth check-in process, please coordinate your arrival time in advance, at least 72 hours prior to check-in. For last-minute bookings, please provide advance notice of a few hours. A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight. While access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, you can receive packages without any issue. The furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online. Check-out time is by 11 AM. Guest must keep the apartment clean and not leave any trash or uncovered food. Healthcare employees are welcome!!! If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance.
