Check-out is required by 11:00 AM, and excessive cleaning charges may apply at the owner's discretion. Utilities, including Wi-Fi, heat, hot water, and gas/electricity, are included in the rental, with a minimum stay of 30 nights required. Kindly note that a $350 refundable security deposit is required and will be collected directly by the partner after your booking is confirmed. The security deposit will be handled through direct communication with the partner and is not processed automatically.
