The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare your meals, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and cost $330 per month, with a summer rate of $350 per month from June 1st to October 1st. A pet fee ranging from $200 to $300 applies for approved pets. Additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee. A laundry store and grocery store/deli are right next to the building, along with many restaurants and supermarkets for your daily needs. A minimum stay of 30 days is required, with some cases requiring 90 days between June 1st and September 1st. Check-in requires coordination at least 72 hours in advance, with a late check-in fee of $50 after 10 PM and $100 after midnight. Check-out is by 11 AM, and guests must empty the refrigerator and dispose of trash. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. No parties, loud music, or smoking are allowed, and furniture and decor may vary from online photos. Access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, but package delivery is available. An AC window unit will be installed around Memorial Weekend. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved. As part of our standard guest verification process, the partner will request that you complete a short application and authorize a background check a few weeks prior to arrival.
