Famed architect Julius Böckel's LES 1879 historical building was given a second life as an award-winning stately hotel by artist Randy Settenbrino. The apartment is located at 100 Orchard, between Broome and Delancey, opposite the famed Tenement Museum, AKA 57and 5th of the historic Lower East Side. It is one for the romantics and artisans with its stylized rooms providing a unique and whimsical New York City stay. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit. Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your apartment during your reservation period. Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply. For security reasons, there are audio/video recording cameras in the common areas of the building and outside of the building.
