There are laundry hookups in dedicated laundry room inside the unit. (Tenant to supply machines.) PROS: This apartment is *enormous*. The main bedroom is huge and has a large walkthrough closet. There is a spacious laundry room off the kitchen. I asked my 20 lb terrier (not included with the apartment) to sit in the photos for scale. CONS: There is no yard and the exterior of the house is currently ugly as sin. LL is working on it bit by bit and improvements have been made, but it remains a work in progress. The interior space is freshly refurbished though. Renter's insurance required for all tenants (whether they have pets or not). LL also works with The Guarantors for security deposit and rent coverage insurance so people with non-standard credit profiles are welcome and encouraged to apply. If the Guarantors will write it, you can rent it!
