LARGE, PET FRIENDLY, 2 bedroom apartment on ground floor. Excellent location a few blocks from D'Youville and the Peace Bridge. One year lease minimum. LL pays water and trash; tenant pays all other utilities. LL is local and a real life person, and you will meet them at the open house. If you are tired of renting from Sinatra or a large private equity firm, come check it out! PET FRIENDLY - all breeds of dogs accepted. There are laundry hookups in dedicated laundry room inside the unit. (Tenant to supply machines.) PROS: This apartment is *enormous*. The main bedroom is huge and has a large walkthrough closet. There is a spacious laundry room off the kitchen. I asked my 20 lb terrier (not included with the apartment) to sit in the photos for scale. CONS: There is no yard and the exterior of the house is currently ugly as sin. LL is working on it bit by bit and improvements have been made, but it remains a work in progress. The interior space is freshly refurbished though. Renter's insurance required for all tenants (whether they have pets or not). LL also works with The Guarantors for security deposit and rent coverage insurance so people with non-standard credit profiles are welcome and encouraged to apply. If the Guarantors will write it, you can rent it! Open houses are scheduled for: THURSDAY, NOV 13 at 7:15pm SATURDAY, NOV 15 AT 11:45am In my experience my units usually rent within 24 hours of the first open house so it is advisable to try to make the first one. Applications will be available at the open houses. Please bring proof of income and picture ID to the open house.
