Our rent includes all utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, on-site laundry, and a weekly meal credit that can be used with Wonder, a convenient app-based meal delivery partner. Furniture may be modified in some rooms (ie: handicap accessible rooms, double rooms, etc.) and will be listed on the room description. Suites include a kitchen countertop with cabinet and/or shelf space and a kitchen sink. Extra/unwanted furniture cannot be removed from any room. Room options and sizes vary and will be available/assigned in the order in which applications are received and reservation terms finalized.
