I've got a beautiful sunny room close to Metrotech and JP Morgan. Close to LIU, NYU Engineering, and New York City College of Technology. The neighborhood is the best. It's super safe, and close to Brooklyn Heights which has the best food. We're also just a few minutes walk to a Trader Joes, Target, and Alamo Cinema. The rent is $1950 for a room with a private bedroom. The room is around 100 square ft, with huge sound proof windows. The building itself is new, and has good security. It has two rooftops, a gym, front door man, mail room, really nice lobby, a cafe and a beer garden! The first half of the building is a hotel and so you get access to the hotel amenities as well. A great starting place for someone that is looking for a safe, modern, luxury apartment. We are 10 minutes walk to 11 (!) different stations NQR B at Dekalb ACEF at Metrotech 2,3 at Clark Street 4,5 Borough Hall Need sublet immediately, looking for a subleaser from June to September.
