This fully furnished and stocked casita with outdoor area was completely remodeled in December 2023. All utilities are included -- fast WiFi, water, your own mini-split for heating and cooling at your discretion, waste disposal, electricity -- everything you need! The kitchenette is stocked with a countertop dual-space convection oven, large Instant Pot, countertop dual burner stove, and other small appliances so you can cook like a full kitchen in a small space. All the windows have custom cut blackout blinds to help you sleep soundly on the brand new mattress. There is a grocery store, multiple restaurants, and a dispensary all within walking distance, with Trader Joe's and Sprouts less than a 10 minute drive away. Several local hospitals are within a 15 minute drive, and there is easy access to I-40 and I-25 for ease of access to the rest of the city and New Mexico. We live in the main house on-site and work mostly from home. We're handy and happy to help while also respecting your privacy. We like sharing vegetables from the garden and are happy to work with renters on any additional needs such as storage, local recommendations, or other accommodations.
