1 Efficiency unit located in 4-unit building, Unit is located on the first floor with outdoor entrance to left. Tenant responsible for all utilities except water. DISCLOSURE***LANDLORD IS AWARE OF WORK NEEDED TO BE DONE TO BRING UNIT BACK TO GOOD CONDITION. HE WILL MAKE THE IMPROVEMENTS ASAP. He recently replaced the flooring, because as you can see it was not in great shape. He will be working on finishing up the walls and then painting. He is hiring cleaners to clean up the place before move in. Prior tenant left a lot of personal belongings behind, so it has been a work in progress***
