Credit must be good, and 4 consecutive pay stubs will be required when applying. We will not accept an applicant based on future employment. There must be current employment with pay stubs to prove income. We are not accepting co-signers. Leaseholders need to occupy the unit. Tenants pay electric. Owner pays for water/sewer. Cats and small dogs are allowed as long as it is not a disturbance to other tenants. Pet must be approved. There is a $35 pet fee per pet/month. Tenants must purchase renters insurance. If a tenant does not, there is an additional $7.95 fee / month.
