50 Bellevue Ter Townhouse

Hi, my name is Nick, 34 years old. I am looking to share a 3-bedroom house and expenses. The house is fully furnished and recently renovated. This property is too large for just myself. I work 2 jobs and am also a part-time musician. I am not a big partyer but do enjoy low-key socializing. I would consider a small animal as long as its well trained and will not disrupt anything. I could go with a month-to-month lease if that is an issue. I also have a full basement if you need some storage, I will work with you if you don't exactly meet the criteria but it will have to be discussed. You will have access to this whole 1200 sq. ft. space so basically, I'm renting a half a house.
