Living room area includes a dining table with seating for four, two barstools at the counter, a wall-mounted smart TV, and a large chalk wall (perfect for notes, lists, planning, or doodles). Hallway closet for additional storage. Newly remodeled bathroom. Kitchen with garbage disposal, gas range, oven, microwave, and fridge/freezer. The apartment is cozy, efficient, and well suited for someone who values a balance of function and creativity. Utilities & Connectivity The house is mainly solar-powered; electric, gas, and Wi-Fi are included. Wi-Fi is shared with the owner, who occupies another unit. Laundry Shared laundry room in the basement. All tenants are assigned two designated laundry days per week. Parking Street parking only. The garage is rented separately and not available for tenant use and the driveway must remain clear at all times for them to access their vehicles.
