The owners have loved that the home is on a quiet street, but still close to amenities and major routes. 1st months rent and security will be required, as well as good credit, good references and a satisfactory backgound check with income verification. We use a 3rd party to do the background check, and the tenant pays a fee to them. Tenant responsible for all utilities except water and sewer, which the Landlord will pay.
