Want independent, fully employed people who value their privacy and their time. It's a shared house but not a communal type house. We rarely see one another as everybody is off at their full-time jobs or home resting. We really respect one another's sleep, work and shower schedules and temperature in house with good communication. Mature adults, any age... we just want people to enjoy this peaceful place that we just put a lot of care into building, and we want to share it with people who appreciate nature and who are calm and approachable.
