This rental is available for $2,100.00 per month and requires a one year lease. The security deposit is $4,200.00 and the property is available around July 10, 2025. Pets allowed upon approval with additional pet deposit and monthly pet rent ($25 - $75 per pet); Pet approval restrictions: 1 animal max allowed, medium dog up to 30lbs allowed. Pet application with documents required before approval; Pet addendum and application: KDCrentals [dot] petscreening [dot] com. Monthly Rent is $2,100.00. Security deposit is $4,200.00. First month's rent and security deposit due before move-in. This rental requires a one year lease. Tenant pays for all utilities - NV Energy, SW Gas, Water & Sewer, and Waste Management are required. Tenant supplies refrigerator and washer/dryer. Tenant responsible for maintaining all landscaping, including but not limited to mowing lawns, weed removal, and trim/maintain trees and bushes. Renter's insurance required. $50 non-refundable cash application fee required for each person over 18 (includes full credit report and background check). Minimum credit score required is 700 for each adult- the applicant's credit score is not the only deciding factor in applicant's approval. Income requirement: 33% or less debt to income ratio. Pay rent and submit maintenance requests online with our tenant website/app. The following are required and will be verified: good credit, 700+ credit score for each adult - the applicant's credit score is not the only deciding factor in applicant's approval, 33% or less debt to income ratio, stable employment, salary, stable income, good rental history with last 2 landlords, no evictions in all 50 states and no criminal record. Keep in mind your desired move-in date must not exceed 45 days after the rental is available. We use Tenant Turner to pre-qualify applicants and schedule tours for our rentals.
