This split entry style home has an attached 2 car garage and a wonderful backyard for entertaining or just escaping for some quiet time. Things to know: This is a popular home and rents quickly. We ask that you respectfully understand and abide a few guidelines. No smoking in the home is permitted. Maintaining the lawn is a must. Residents are asked to mow, trim and keep the home's yard looking good all season long. Snow removal must be done in the winter. We do periodically stop in the home to make sure it is meeting your every expectation; however, we ask residents to report any issues to our staff as soon as they come up.
