This is a nice but somewhat unusual property. It has one format small bedroom off the kitchen and an open concept living space downstairs with a closet so this has been used by tenants in the past as a combo bedroom/living space. The upstairs has hardwood floors with a bar and dining area and another living area. Lots of windows upstairs. Small kitchen, no dishwasher little prep space. A spiral staircase leads from top level to bottom. Levels can also be accessed from an outside staircase. It is difficult to get furniture inside so small pieces are recommended. Nice established neighborhood. Off street parking. Small fenced yard. Rent is $1250 per month. Deposit is One month rent $1250 and there is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $450. For the right person I can break these payments into a couple of months
