I have 1 room available on the upper level it is fully furnished with a queen sized storage bed, nightstand, and more space is available in the closet. The house is furnished, has a laundry room, outside deck with patio furniture that is covered by a gazebo. Internet is also through Cox, it is high speed with wi-fi. Price is $650 and that includes all utilities and bills except of course your food and bathroom amenities. Rent is month to month but I am looking for and would prefer a long term renter. You would have the run of the house excepting roomies bedrooms. Privacy and Respect are a MUST here along with cleanliness. I'm a 39 yr. Old white male professional who rents rooms to make a little extra money to pay for home improvement and other projects. There are no pets allowed , and no smoking.
