You must complete our screening process at even if you do NOT have a pet. Your application will be considered incomplete until that is completed. Security deposit of $1000.00. Application fee is $35.00 for each adult that will be residing at the property. Landlord pays for refuse, tenant responsible for all other utilities, including lawn care and snow removal.
