Centrally located in Soulard, one of the fastest growing and most lively areas of St. Louis, this apartment offers close vicinity to public transportation, making it easy to get around St. Louis. Locals are not hosted, and any bookings made by locals will be automatically canceled. Absolutely no parties or events are allowed! If you are found to have a party or event, or if there are more people in the unit than listed on your reservation, you accept full responsibility for any city fines or lawsuits resulting from your actions or the actions of your guests during your reservation, and you will lose 100% of your security deposit. Check-out is at 11 am, and for every half hour you or your group is not checked out of the unit, you will be charged $100.
