The Emma Apartments

Located in the historic Dogtown neighborhood, living at the Emma will deliver you a uniquely St. Louis living experience. Forest Park is within walking distance from the building, with direct access to Interstate 64 being the only separation between you and the Saint Louis Zoo. You'll find shopping, restaurants, and other amenities all around you with your proximity to Clayton, the Hill, Tower Grove, and more. Just down the road St. Louis Community College and the Science Center. The Emma boasts the architectural trends of the 1940s, with a variety of studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom floor plans. Many of the units have been fully renovated with new, stainless steel appliances, though some may still hold an older charm. Free washers and dryers along with free storage can be found in the basement. Utilities: Tenant pays for electricity and unit gas, and a prorated share for water, sewer, trash, and shared gas. Security Deposit: An amount equal to the first month's rent minus a $175 non-refundable administrative fee. Parking: Street parking only for now, we are in the process of reworking the garage parking. All occupants over the age of 18 must apply for residency. The application fee is $55/applicant. We will conduct a criminal, credit, and background check as well as verify employment and residency. We would require all occupants to make 3 times the monthly rental amount in gross income, collectively. A 630 FICO2 or higher credit score is required, and the score is pulled from Experian.
