Relax in our bright and gorgeous home that was completely remodeled just recently and includes all the amenities you could want--- brand new appliances, countertop , located in the heart of the city near Cute bungalow in the Crossroads- walking distance to restaurants, bars and main KC attractions. Enjoy the fabulous views of Downtown at Observation Park located nearby. The entire home is yours! You will have a fully furnished house with a full kitchen, dining room, living room, TWO bedrooms and 1 bathroom to enjoy. Bedrooms This amazing 2 bedroom house has 1 King Bed and 1 queen bed. We know how important it is to get a good nights sleep while you're away from home so we splurged to provide the most comfortable beds around and cozy pillows for each bed! Each bedroom has a clothing rack and hangers in case you want to unpack during your stay. *Pack n Play available Kitchen You will find a fully stocked kitchen equipped for light cooking. Including a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine along with creamers, sugars and coffee. Bathroom and Laundry Our bathrooms are fully stocked for your convenience. Shampoo, Conditioner and body wash will be found in a dispenser in the shower. We've provided plush bath towels, hand towels and washcloths. If you find yourself needing to do a load of laundry, have no fear! We've provided an in unit washer and dryer in the bathroom along with laundry detergent. Outdoors A cozy patio is perfect for relaxing and hanging out! Other things to note PETS - We do allow well behaved pets with prior approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $50 fee per pet per stay that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. If you have any questions, please let us know. Unapproved pets are not permitted. Guests are required to pick up after their pet. This unit doesn't have a fenced in backyard, however, there is plenty of space to walk your pet. HOUSE RULES: No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors and the other occupants of the house. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times 10:00pm to 7:00am. There is a noise curfew of 10 pm. Please, at all times, be mindful of the neighbors and residents around you. Living Area There is a smart TV in this house with Roku access. This will allow you to login to your Netflix, Hulu or Amazon Prime account upon check in, just dont forget to logout before you leave! NOTE: There is an exterior security camera at the entrance of the home for the safety of our tenants and for the security of the residence and our guests. The cameras are all pointing away from the home and are in public view and are recording 24/7.
