Our Neoclassical style multiple family dwelling was a purpose-built apartment building that was/is close to the heart of the City. It was built for the businessmen and entrepreneurs of the 1900s. There are 1.5 bathrooms we remodeled in 2019 to help when you have two people that need to go to the bathroom at the same time. Thank you G Fiber, for making Kansas City the first to receive fast internet. We have 1000 Mbps service and G Wifi routers to ensure fastest residential connection available. The space in our home is lovely! Almost 1200 sqft and not including the open front porch that is great for catching some fresh air. The best part is the location, like coffee? Walk there. Like non-chain restaurants? You can also walk to 4+ of these, just 3 blocks. Like concerts? Uptown theater is walking distance too! Art? Shopping? Breweries? Parks? All within minutes of our apartment (this time it is driving minutes instead of walking). This is an fully furnished apartment.
