This partially furnished duplex features a large kitchen and living area with six private coliving suites. Each suite consists of a bedroom, walk-in closet, and private bathroom. Each suite comes with a bedframe, dresser, nightstand, and flat screen tv. The common spaces are intentionally designed for six people to foster a sense of community. The couches, TV, and other large furniture are all provided as is a washer and dryer! Did we mention that this is a BRAND NEW construction? You'd be the first group to live here! There will also be TWO all-electric HourCar vehicles on-site available for carsharing (search HourCar for more information on carsharing). Rent for each private coliving suite will be $850. Management pays for all utilities and internet and a flat $75 fee will be included in the base rent for all utilities and internet ($850+$75 = $925). Maximum Income allowed is $55,620 per person.
