The home is currently tenant occupied so we will be showing with approved applications only. The video walk through is posted on the Guardian Property Management website. We are looking for a 17 or 24 month lease to start with option to renew if desired. Inside on the main level you will find an updated kitchen with sitting area, hardwood floors, both bedrooms and a full bath. Upstairs you will find a second living area or office space. The basement is not finished but very clean. There is ample room for storage and you will find the washer/dryer down there. The back yard is fully fenced in and there is a one car garage.
