This home is available for in person tours. Current photos and video are located on the Guardian Property Management website. We are looking for an 18 month lease to start with option to renew if desired. Walking into the home you will find the living room, hallways to both bedroom, and full bath. There is a small dining space and kitchen that over looks like the back yard. The kitchen has a portable dishwasher that hooks up to the sink. The basemen is unfinished and excellent for storage or could be used as a tv room. Washer dryer are located in the basement. The garage is getting a new garage door, and the back yard is getting fully fenced in the near future (small gaps exist currently). As a tenant you are responsible for gas, electric, and w/s/t. Lawn care and snow removal is tenant responsibility. Renters insurance is required. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications are available on the Guardian Property Management website. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income, credit history (Guardian Property Management will not use credit score but will be using information from your credit report), rental/work history and includes a criminal background check.
