This unit is currently occupied and we be showing with approved applications only. We are looking for a 24 month lease to start with option to renew at that time if desired. Walking into this unit you will find a large living room with access to the screened in porch. The dining room separates the two bedrooms. The second bedroom is on the smaller side and has been mainly used as an office. The main bedroom is large enough for a king or queen bed. Kitchen features a dishwasher. In unit Laundry 1 off street parking space included in the rent. Second car would need street parking. Tenants will share lawn and snow with lower neighbor. The lawn is mainly hostas and mulch so you will need to weed. Owner will be paying for Spring and Fall cleanup at the property. Gas, Electric, and a flat fee for trash ($50mo) are tenant responsibility. Renters insurance is required. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications are available on the Guardian Property Management website. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income, credit history (Guardian Property Management will not use credit score but will be using information from your credit report), rental/work history and includes a criminal background check.
