The home is currently tenant occupied so we will be showing with approved applications only. The video walk through was just taken and the photos are from before the tenant moved in both are posted on the Guardian Property Management website. 2 years lease preferred with option to renew at that time. This home is located in a great location making errands and travel easy. Before our current tenants the home was upgraded with all new windows and a master bath. Walking into the Split level home you will walk upstairs to find a large living room with hardwood floors. Off the living room you will find a dining area and a large kitchen. Up another small set of stairs you will find all 3 bedrooms including master and another full bath. Downstairs you will find a large living room, a laundry room and storage under the stairs. The two car garage is attached to the home. As a tenant you will be responsible for lawn and snow as well as all utilities. Fireplaces are not available for use. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income, credit, rental/work history and includes a criminal background check. For all units with forced air heating residents will be enrolled in the Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program at an additional fee of $15 per month.
