I have a 3 bedroom townhome. I will occupy the upstairs space and tenant will occupy the downstairs area. You can customize it to your liking. There’s a large one bedroom with furniture included, right next door is the tenants bathroom. There’s a private door to enter from the back into the basement if preferred. The downstairs patio has a grill and outside furniture that everyone can use. The washer and dryer are located upstairs and tenant will have one space in the driveway.
