The newly remodeled units feature beautiful thick granite counter tops, stainless steel under mount sinks, new lighting fixtures, and stainless steel appliances that give you the downtown condo finish without the downtown price. Along with interior renovations we also have created a new fitness room and club room to use, remodeled the laundry rooms, entire exterior including garages, as well as added new landscaping and rain gardens. The newest upgrade that we are proud to announce is FREE High Speed IN HOME INTERNET. It's a dedicated fiber line that's direct to our building. Speed is partitioned so NO SLOW-DOWNS! We are pet friendly and allow apartment friendly dogs up to 45 pounds and feature a spacious lot to walk your dogs as well as an off-leash dog park. For your safety and security no on-line applications will be processed until identification has been verified.
