This is not your run of the mill condo. Lush landscaping and outdoor pool create a beautiful courtyard in the summer and a quiet serene area in the winter. This is a privately owned condo with wonderful features.
With all stainless steel appliances this condo boasts of several brand new amenities to compliment your life. A brand new air handler with a nice louvered door takes care of your heating and cooling needs as well as a new garbage disposal and a new modern kitchen light with the quietest of fans and a dimmer to suit your lighting concepts. There is brand new carpeting throughout the entire condo and the living room has custom made lateral blinds.
Each room has its own unique qualities, The Living Room is more trapezoid shaped rather than rectangular measuring around 17’x 9’ at the deck door with 20’ in length. The Dining Room measures 13’ wide by 9’ deep. The dining room also has floor to ceiling mirrors on the back wall and also on the side wall which would be the side of the coat closet. It also has a decent size long closet.
Then there is the Master Bedroom which has an Ensuite with a 5’ x 7’ walk in closet, an additional shower, toilet, sink and storage. The Master bedroom measures 17’ x 11’ whereas the second bedroom measures 17’ x 9’ also boasting a large closet with full mirror on the back of the door. Both Master Bedroom and the Second Bedroom come with white blinds which are only a few years old.
The kitchen backsplash and back wall in the main bath were handcrafted when installed and the medicine chest doors were beautifully designed by our grandson.
There is an additional storage unit #74 located down the hall to the left outside your front door marked Room J and also an extremely large storage area located in the garage where your car will be parked. That storage area would be in front of where your car would be parked.
There is an indoor and outdoor pool, two recreation centers, workout rooms with excellent exercise equipment, sauna, library and plenty of other rooms that can be used for entertainment, parties and such. The main office can give you more information on that. The mail boxes are to the right of the elevators and recycling is very much encouraged. The main garbage disposal area is located immediately to the left of the 2nd floor elevator and next to the laundry facilities. And, the courtyard which sits in the middle of the complex can only be accessed by those living there since it requires a key for that access. Just another safety feature.
