Coming in the main entrance of this home you will will find a landing area with stairs down to the main level, the main level features a laundry room, storage, and access to the one car garage. The garage is large enough for storage in front of you car. The second car will need to park in the driveway.
Going up the stairs you will find your main living area with open kitchen, dining, and living room. Off the living room is a balcony and that provides a lof of light to the living space. A quarter bath is located off the kitchen.
Upstairs you will find two spacious bedrooms, the primary has a walk in closet, and they share a full bath located in the hallway.
