It's a lot nicer than other places in the same complex because it is on the end and it's right next to the parking and garage. Nice natural surroundings. Close to downtown Hopkins where there is a movie theater, library, dining, grocery, and the farmer's market in the summer. We use the bike trail regularly for commuting and for fun. It has good highway access, too. Our requirements are: - a monthly income of 2 times the rent or more (for this apartment that would be $2500) We do combine the income of all of the residents and use the gross income (amount before taxes) to determine your income. - good credit - a good rental record with no Unlawful Detainers - no criminal record -good rental history If you meet the income, criminal record, and occupancy requirements, but have some issues with your credit, we may still be able to rent to you but we would require a larger security deposit.
